This website is operated by Vellum and provides information about Vellum.

The briefing request form collects your name, work email, organization, role and number of facilities. You can also choose to tell us your current chargemaster tool or EHR, your timeline, your main priorities, the approximate size of your chargemaster and a message. These extra fields are optional. The form also records, automatically, the page you sent it from and the time you sent it.

We use these details only to respond to your inquiry. They are sent to hello@vellum.group and kept in a backup log. We don't sell them.

We use these providers: Cloudflare hosts this website, processes form submissions, keeps the backup log and runs Cloudflare Turnstile to check for spam; and our email provider delivers form submissions to hello@vellum.group.

We delete form submissions after 24 months, or sooner if you ask us at hello@vellum.group.

If you email us, we use what you send only to respond to you.

Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs to deliver and secure the site.

Please don't send patient information through the form or by email.
